Job Title: Automotive Mechanic

We are seeking a skilled Automotive Mechanic to join our team at Niagara Motors Limited.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for adjusting, repairing, or replacing parts and components of commercial transport truck systems, automotive systems, and truck-trailer systems. They will also test and adjust units to specifications, complete reports to record problems and work performed, and possess valid driver's licence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Adjust, repair or replace parts and components of commercial transport truck systems
  • Adjust, repair or replace parts and components of automotive systems
  • Adjust, repair or replace parts and components of truck-trailer systems
  • Repair or replace mechanical units or components
  • Test and adjust units to specifications
  • Complete reports to record problems and work performed
Requirements:
  • Automotive Service Technician Trade Certification
  • Automotive Service Technician (Transmission) Trade Certification
  • Automotive Service Technician (Steering, Suspension and Brakes) Trade Certification
  • Truck and Transport Mechanic Trade Certification
  • Truck-Trailer Repairer Trade Certification
  • Valid driver's licence
Work Environment:

This is a permanent position working 30 to 40 hours per week. The successful candidate will be working in a fast-paced environment with a team-oriented approach.
