About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Automotive Technician to join our team at Niagara Motors Limited. As an Automotive Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our transportation systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Repair and Maintenance: Adjust, repair or replace parts and components of commercial transport truck systems, automotive systems, and truck-trailer systems.
  • Diagnostic and Troubleshooting: Test and adjust units to specifications, and complete reports to record problems and work performed.
  • Certification and Compliance: Possess and maintain relevant certifications, such as Automotive Service Technician Trade Certification, and adhere to industry standards.
  • Communication and Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to ensure efficient workflow and provide excellent customer service.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a related field.
  • Certifications: Valid driver's licence and relevant trade certifications.
  • Personal Qualities: Reliability, team player, and strong problem-solving skills.
