The Provincial Health Services Authority (PHSA) is seeking a dedicated Oncology Specialist to join our esteemed team.
As a key member of our health care family, you will be instrumental in providing comprehensive oncology services, including consultation, patient management, education, and research, particularly focusing on breast and gynecological cancers.
Our facility is committed to delivering a full spectrum of oncology services, including Medical Oncology, Radiation Oncology, and Palliative care, alongside essential support services such as Nutrition and Clinical Trials.
The ideal candidate will possess or be in the process of obtaining Fellowship standing in the Royal College of Physicians & Surgeons of Canada in Internal Medicine, along with a certificate of Special Competence in Medical Oncology.
You will also need to be eligible for licensing with the College of Physicians & Surgeons of British Columbia and meet the credentialing requirements set forth by the Professional Advisory Committee of BC Cancer.
Additionally, eligibility for a clinical appointment in the Division of Medical Oncology within the Department of Medicine at the University of British Columbia is essential.
A valid license to practice medicine in Canada is required for application.
