Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Monitor and maintain food safety and cleanliness standards, adhering to regulatory requirements.
- Manage inventory and place orders for supplies as needed to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality, with a proven track record of leadership and team management.
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures, with the ability to maintain high-quality standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff and customers.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of flexibility and adaptability.
