Job Title: Software Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Engineer to join our team at Work Global Canada Inc.

Responsibilities
  • Collect and document user requirements to ensure accurate system development
  • Research and evaluate technical information to design, develop, and test computer-based systems
  • Develop data, process, and network models to optimize system architecture and evaluate performance
  • Plan, design, and coordinate the development, installation, and operation of computer-based systems
  • Assess, troubleshoot, document, upgrade, and develop maintenance procedures for operating systems, communications environments, and applications software
  • Lead and coordinate teams of information systems professionals in software development and integrated information systems
  • Communicate technical problems, processes, and solutions effectively
  • Assist in collecting and documenting user requirements
  • Research and evaluate various software products to ensure compatibility and efficiency
Requirements
  • 2 years of experience in software development and system integration
  • Proficiency in Java, HTML, XML, Python, and MS Outlook
  • Strong understanding of system integration, development, and business process management
  • Criminal record check required
