Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and maintain accurate inventory levels, including receiving, stocking, and replenishing merchandise.
  • Ensure a clean and organized stockroom, adhering to company standards and policies.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to maintain a visually appealing store environment, including merchandise displays and visual merchandising.
  • Support the sales team in achieving sales goals by providing excellent customer service and product knowledge.
  • Participate in daily store meetings and contribute to the development of action plans to drive sales and customer engagement.
  • Assist with visual merchandising, including creating and maintaining displays, and ensuring a cohesive brand image.
  • Perform other duties as required to support the business, including opening and closing procedures, and maintaining store appearance.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in a retail or stockroom environment.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with a focus on attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse team.
  • Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds frequently, and stand for long periods of time.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
