- Stay up-to-date with commercial banking products, services, and policies, and provide expert advice to clients and colleagues.
- Identify and escalate potential risks and issues, and work with internal stakeholders to resolve them.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Post-secondary education in a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in commercial banking or a related industry.
- Proven customer service skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of commercial banking products and services, including credit and lending.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
