About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Sprinkler System Installer to join our team at Gisborne Holdings Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing sprinkler systems to ensure the safety of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install and connect piping systems to water mains, supply tanks, pumps, compressors, and control equipment
  • Prepare tenders and quotations for sprinkler system installations
  • Liaise with management, engineers, and other trades to ensure smooth project execution
  • Supervise and instruct apprentices in sprinkler system installation and maintenance
  • Test and inspect sprinkler systems for leaks and damage
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on sprinkler systems
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in sprinkler system installation and maintenance
  • Trade certification in sprinkler system installation
  • Strong knowledge of piping systems, water supply, and fire suppression systems
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces
