Fruiticana is seeking a skilled Meat Cutter to join our retail team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for cutting and preparing high-quality meats for our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Cut and trim meat to customer specifications
- Prepare and package meat products for display
- Remove bones and trim excess fat from meat
- Cut poultry and fish into portions
- Prepare special displays of meats and seafood
- Shape and tie roasts and other meats
- Prepare special orders for customers
This is a physically demanding role that requires standing for long periods and lifting heavy objects. You will work in a fast-paced retail environment with a focus on providing excellent customer service.
Requirements- 2 years of experience in a meat cutting or retail environment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
