Meat Cutter Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Meat Cutter to join our team at A & A Meat Shop Ltd. as a permanent employee.
Key Responsibilities- Clean and Prepare Meats: Clean meats to prepare them for processing or cutting, ensuring high-quality standards are met.
- Cut and Trim Meats: Cut carcasses, sides, and quarters, as well as prepare special cuts of meat ordered by customers.
- Package and Weigh Meats: Wrap and package prepared meats, and weigh meats for sale to ensure accurate pricing.
- Sell Meats to Customers: Sell meats to customers, providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced retail environment, with a focus on providing excellent customer service and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: Experience is an asset, but not required.
- Language: English is the primary language spoken in the workplace.
- Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
