We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front End Department Manager to join our team at Real Canadian Superstore. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our Front End department, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales and profitability goals.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage a team of Front End associates to deliver outstanding customer service and achieve sales and profitability targets.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer engagement, loyalty, and retention.
- Monitor and control department expenses, manage inventory levels, and maintain a clean and safe shopping environment.
- Collaborate with other department managers to ensure seamless store operations and achieve store-wide goals.
- Identify and develop talent within the team, providing coaching and training to enhance skills and performance.
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred.
- Previous retail management experience, preferably in a departmental or specialty store setting.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and develop associates.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of retail operations, including merchandising, inventory management, and customer service.
We offer a competitive salary range of $37-$60 per year, depending on experience and location. A candidate's experience and knowledge, as well as the geographical region in which the position is located, may be factored into the pay a candidate receives for this position.
