Key Responsibilities- Production Supervision
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of production staff, ensuring efficient and effective production processes.
- Monitor and control production schedules, ensuring timely delivery of products.
- Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements, increasing productivity and reducing costs.
- Quality Assurance
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and company quality standards.
- Conduct regular quality checks and audits to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement corrective actions to address quality issues.
- Team Leadership
- Lead and motivate a team of production staff, promoting a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
- Provide coaching and training to staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to staff.
- Education
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a supervisory role in a food processing industry.
- Skills
