We are seeking a skilled Culinary Specialist to join our team at Roland's Creekside Pub & Red Door Bistro. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals and individual dishes to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities- Food Preparation and Cooking: Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods to meet the quality control standards of our establishment.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records of food, supplies, and equipment to ensure efficient kitchen operations.
- Cleanliness and Sanitation: Clean and maintain the kitchen and work areas to ensure a safe and healthy environment for our staff and customers.
- Stock Rotation and Management: Ensure that stock is rotated and managed effectively to minimize waste and optimize inventory levels.
- Quality Control: Monitor and maintain the quality of food and service to meet the high standards of our establishment.
- Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced kitchen environment with high pressure to meet deadlines and maintain quality standards.
