About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our warehouse team as an Order Picker. As a key member of our logistics team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accurate and efficient processing of orders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Pick and pack orders with precision and accuracy, ensuring timely delivery to our customers.
  • Operate an electric pallet truck to transport skids and pallets throughout the warehouse.
  • Identify and label picked skids with outbound license plate numbers (OLPNs) provided with the order.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety standards and protocols.
  • Perform various warehouse duties as prescribed by the supervisor, including lifting and moving heavy items.
Requirements
  • Previous experience as an Order Picker or in a similar role is an asset.
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, with the capacity to lift heavy items.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.
  • Voice picking or Manhattan Warehouse Management System experience is an asset.

  • A competitive starting wage of $19.43/hour, with additional $2/hour for hours worked 9:00pm - 6:00am.
  • Automatic milestone wage increases at 1040 hours, 2080 hours, 4160 hours, and annually after that.
