Golderado Contracting Corp is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Foreman/Forewoman to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient execution of construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with Superintendents, Project Managers, and sub-contractors to identify and mitigate safety risks.
  • Develop and implement safety plans to ensure compliance with industry regulations.
  • Supervise and train workers to maintain a high level of safety awareness and productivity.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety protocols.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to optimize project schedules and resource allocation.
  • Ensure that all quality documents are properly signed off and maintained.
  • Coordinate with survey crews and interpret grade stakes to ensure accurate project execution.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in equipment operation and maintenance.
  • A heavy equipment operator certificate is required.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory role or equivalent.
  • A valid driver's license with an insurable driver's abstract is required.
  • A CSTS-09 or SCOT certification is required.
  • Proficient English language skills are essential.
