Your Role:
As a Server, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional guest experiences. Your responsibilities include:
- Providing consistently professional, friendly, and engaging service to our valued guests.
- Assisting guests with menu selections, offering informative and helpful guidance.
- Adhering to outlet policies, procedures, and service standards to ensure seamless operations.
- Demonstrating comprehensive knowledge of beverage lists and promotions.
- Possessing in-depth understanding of all menu items, garnishes, ingredients, and preparation methods.
- Maintaining strict adherence to safety and sanitation protocols when handling food and beverages.
- Performing other duties as assigned by management.
Your Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service is essential.
- 1-2 years of server experience in a similar environment is preferred.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills are crucial for success.
- Fluency in both official languages is required.
- Smart Serve Certification is mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities will enable you to effectively handle guest requests and resolve any issues that may arise.
- A highly responsible and reliable nature is essential for this role.
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment under pressure is key.
- Excellent teamwork skills are vital for collaborating effectively with fellow colleagues.
- A commitment to providing exceptional guest service, remaining calm and courteous at all times.
- Successful completion of the written recruitment server exam is required.
Physical Demands:
- This role requires constant standing and walking throughout your shift.
- Frequent lifting and carrying up to 30 lbs will be necessary.
- Occasional kneeling, bending, and lifting are also part of the job responsibilities.
- Occasional ascending or descending stairs and ramps may be required.
