Job Summary:

The Portfolio Group is seeking a highly skilled Senior Human Resources Employee Relations Advisor to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for delivering expert HR advice to our clients, primarily through telephone calls.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality, strategically driven HR advice to clients, taking into account their internal terms and conditions.
  • Actively own cases to resolution, building strong relationships with clients through effective communication and rapport-building.
  • Stay up-to-date with HR and employment legislation, participating in ongoing training to ensure expertise.
  • Accurately log advice and client interactions on Salesforce and other systems.

Requirements:

  • Relevant degree or diploma from an accredited HR education or training program.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
