To be successful in this role, you must be eligible for licensure in British Columbia and hold a Fellowship in Radiation Oncology from the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada, or an equivalent qualification.
About UsBC Cancer is committed to reducing the incidence of cancer, reducing mortality from cancer, and improving the quality of life of those living with cancer. We provide a comprehensive cancer control program for the people of British Columbia in partnership with regional health authorities.
Our department has a longstanding reputation for clinical excellence and academia, with a current staff of 35 radiation oncologists and 10 Clinical Associates. We have a full service cancer centre with strong medical oncology, surgical oncology, diagnostic imaging, pathology, oral oncology, supportive care, and functional imaging services.
The successful applicant will have the opportunity to work within a provincial Radiation Therapy program, committed to clinical excellence through evidence-based standardized care and knowledge generation.
