Job Title: Warehouse Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Supervisor to join our team at AXIS Electric Supply, LTD.

Job Summary

The Warehouse Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our warehouse, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. This includes managing inventory, coordinating shipments, and supervising a team of warehouse staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement plans to prioritize tasks and optimize warehouse operations
  • Organize and manage inventory, including receiving, storing, and shipping products
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and meet customer demands
  • Prepare and submit reports on warehouse performance and inventory levels
  • Supervise and train warehouse staff to ensure they are meeting performance expectations
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment
  • College/CEGEP education or equivalent
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • Forklift Operator Certification
  • Experience with inventory control software and dispatch management systems
  • Knowledge of MS Office and Shopify
