About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Operations Supervisor to join our team at R Gill Corporation. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Co-ordination and Planning: Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless execution of tasks.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Prepare and submit reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Ensure the smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery, and arrange for maintenance and repair work as needed.
  • Training and Development: Train workers in duties and policies, and arrange training for staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Performance Management: Conduct performance reviews to evaluate employee performance and provide feedback for improvement.
  • Operational Logistics: Plan, organize, and oversee the operational logistics of the organization, including the requisition or ordering of materials, equipment, and supplies.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Scheduling and Procedures: Establish work schedules and procedures to ensure timely completion of tasks.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 32 to 40 hours per week.
