About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Supervisor to join our team at HANJRA HAULERS INC. As a key member of our dispatch team, you will be responsible for coordinating activities with other work units or departments, preparing and submitting reports, and requisitioning or ordering materials, equipment, and supplies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinating Activities: Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless operations and efficient use of resources.
  • Reporting and Record-Keeping: Prepare and submit accurate and timely reports to management and stakeholders.
  • Supply Chain Management: Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed to support operational activities.
  • Work Scheduling and Procedures: Establish and maintain work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient use of resources and minimize downtime.
  • Operational Logistics: Plan, organize, and oversee the operational logistics of the organization to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Work Environment and Physical Demands

This role requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to be physically capable of performing tasks that may involve standing, walking, and lifting.
