Job Title: Food Service Counter Attendant

At Panada Pizza, we are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Service Counter Attendant to join our team. As a key member of our front-of-house staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs to maintain a clean and welcoming environment.
  • Operate dishwashers to wash dishes, glassware, and flatware, ensuring they are sanitized and ready for use.
  • Keep accurate records of food quantities used, helping us to manage inventory and reduce waste.
  • Package take-out food and prepare, heat, and finish simple food items to meet customer demands.
  • Serve customers at counters or buffet tables, providing a warm and friendly smile.
  • Stock refrigerators and salad bars, ensuring we have a wide range of options for our guests.
  • Take customers' orders, handling cash and credit transactions with ease.
  • Clean and sanitize the kitchen, including work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances, and equipment, maintaining a high level of hygiene.
  • Remove kitchen garbage and trash, keeping our workspace clean and organized.
  • Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors, maintaining a clean and safe environment for our staff and guests.
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Dental plan and financial benefits as per collective agreement.
  • Permanent employment with 30 to 40 hours per week.
  • English as the primary language of work.
