Job Summary:

Multimatic Inc. is seeking a skilled Warehouse Logistics Coordinator to join our team and ensure the efficient movement of raw materials and finished goods within our warehouse.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against invoices, purchase orders, and other documents, recording shortages and rejecting damaged goods.
  • Coordinate and facilitate all receiving of finished goods, raw materials, and other miscellaneous items.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Perform other miscellaneous duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • At least two years of relevant experience in warehouse logistics or inventory management.
  • Ability to handle weights up to 23 kilograms without assistance.
  • Experience with forklift operation, pallet lifters, and hand trucks.
  • Fluent English verbal and written communication skills.
  • Computer literacy and ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Basic knowledge of health and safety regulations and ability to work safely.
  • Good time management skills and punctuality.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Assist in loading and unloading delivery trucks.
  • Scan in all incoming distributions and transfers, maintain shipping logs, and file all paperwork.
  • Sort shipments and distribute products accordingly.

Physical Inventory Duties:

  • Assist in preparation for physical inventory counts.
