Job Title: Warehouse Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse Operations Manager to join our team at Tedcons Ontario Inc.

Job Summary:

The Warehouse Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our warehouse, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. This includes coordinating activities with other work units or departments, preparing and submitting reports, and arranging for maintenance and repair work.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure smooth warehouse operations
  • Prepare and submit reports to management on a regular basis
  • Arrange for maintenance and repair work to be completed in a timely manner
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
  • Conduct performance reviews of warehouse staff
  • Co-ordinate, assign, and review work to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed
  • Establish work schedules and procedures to ensure that all tasks are completed on time
  • Plan, organize, and oversee operational logistics of the organization
Requirements:
  • 5-10 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment
  • College/CEGEP education
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly
  • Physical ability to lift up to 13.5 kg (30 lbs)
Work Environment:

The Warehouse Operations Manager will work in a fast-paced environment with a team of 5-10 people. The ideal candidate will be willing to travel and work under pressure.
