Job Summary

At Yanar Homes Inc., we are seeking a skilled Welding Specialist to join our team. As a Welding Specialist, you will be responsible for interpreting welding process specifications, operating manual or semi-automatic welding equipment, and reading and interpreting welding blueprints, drawings specifications, manuals, and processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Interpret welding process specifications to ensure high-quality welds
  • Operate manual or semi-automatic welding equipment to fabricate or repair metal parts and products
  • Read and interpret welding blueprints, drawings specifications, manuals, and processes to ensure accurate and efficient welding
  • Maintain and perform minor repairs on welding, brazing, and soldering equipment
  • Determine weldability of materials and operate hoisting and lifting equipment as needed
Requirements
  • 5 years or more of experience in welding or a related field
  • First Aid Certificate
  • Ability to work in a physically demanding environment with hot and noisy conditions
  • Ability to handle heavy loads and work at heights
  • Fluency in English
Work Environment
