We are seeking a highly skilled Dynamics CRM Architect to join our team at Hitachi Solutions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing customizations, conducting end-user training, and creating knowledge transfer documentation.

About the Role

This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for a seasoned Microsoft Dynamics CRM professional to drive Dynamics CRM implementations through all project phases. You will serve as the main point of contact for clients and manage project issues and risks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and lead system architecture process and implement customizations
  • Conduct end-user training and create knowledge transfer documentation
  • Drive Dynamics CRM implementations through all project phases
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients and manage project issues and risks
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong CRM industry and product knowledge
  • 6+ years of Dynamics CE (CRM) experience as a Functional Consultant or Architect
  • 4+ years implementing Microsoft Dynamics CRM
  • Familiarity with relational database concepts
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, CIS, Engineering, or related field
  • Microsoft CRM Application certification
  • Business Analysis Certification or other related industry certifications
  • Experience with Azure DevOps or similar tools
