About the Program:

The Ranch Ehrlo Society's Treatment Foster Care Program is seeking dedicated and compassionate individuals to provide a nurturing home for children aged 6-11. As a Treatment Foster Care Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting these children, helping them stay connected to their birth families, and fostering positive relationships within the community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide a stable and loving environment for one or two children, ideally aged 6-11.
  • Support the children's emotional and psychological well-being, helping them develop healthy relationships with their families and community.
  • Work closely with a team of professionals to develop and implement treatment plans for the children in your care.
  • Participate in ongoing training and clinical support to ensure the best possible outcomes for the children.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working with children, preferably in a foster care or related setting.
  • Able to provide a safe and supportive home environment for one or two children.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a team of professionals to achieve positive outcomes for the children.
  • Access to a spare bedroom in your home for the children.

Benefits:

Contracted Service Rates: $4200 to $5400 per month, based on the number of children placed in your home.
