This role is integral to Sapiens' Life and Pension Insurance division. We are seeking a skilled and driven technical business analyst or project manager to take on the responsibilities of Technical Integration Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a technical integration Agile scrum team, comprising business analysts, developers, and quality assurance professionals, to ensure the effective planning and execution of integration projects with high standards of quality and performance.
- Collaborate closely with clients to ascertain their needs, gather requirements, and manage project backlogs efficiently.
- Work alongside the project delivery manager and key stakeholders to enhance the delivery pipeline and guarantee timely project completion.
- Provide mentorship and support as the primary contact for the integration scrum team.
- Effectively manage dependencies and proactively address risks.
- Maintain open lines of communication with project stakeholders, including external clients, offering regular updates and swiftly resolving any issues that may arise.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a technical project management, delivery management, or technical business analyst role is essential.
- Proven experience in leading a technical integration Agile scrum team is required.
- Strong SQL proficiency is a must.
- In-depth knowledge of integration technologies, including SOAP and/or REST web services and ETL processes (preferably Talend), is highly desirable.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are mandatory.
- Outstanding presentation skills for both technical and non-technical audiences are essential.
