About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative to join our team at The Comfort Group. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for engaging with potential clients in our retail locations, educating them about our home comfort solutions, and generating leads for our sales team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Attract and communicate with potential clients in our retail locations, informing them about our home comfort solutions and discussing the various benefits of refreshing their HVAC equipment.
  • Pre-qualify potential clients and generate them as potential leads, growing our Home Comfort Advisers pipeline and supporting our sales targets.
  • Upload and update new client information to our Customer Service Representatives.
  • Support our Retail Partners marketing campaigns and initiatives.
