Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at One Dream Enterprise. As a key member of our retail operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales workers, ensuring they are equipped to provide exceptional customer service and meet sales targets.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock counts and minimizing losses.
  • Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Merchandise Management: Order and receive merchandise, ensuring timely delivery and accurate stock levels.
  • Financial Management: Authorize payments, manage cash, and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Store Operations: Establish work schedules, ensure store appearance and maintenance, and implement sales promotions.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of retail management experience.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 32.5 hours per week.
