Facility Operations Assistant

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate grain and/or specialty crop processing machinery
  • Load railcars and trucks with products
  • Receive and store agricultural products
  • Deliver exceptional customer service
  • Collect grain samples and evaluate grain quality
  • Prioritize safety in all operations
Qualifications and Skills

  • Ability to work independently
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with colleagues and clients
  • Physical capability and aptitude for operating grain processing machinery
  • Good vision and color differentiation
  • Experience in grain or specialty crops is an asset, though not required
