About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to join our team at Korna Natural Pet Supplies Ltd. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in the day-to-day operations of our retail store, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our store runs smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Direct and control daily operations, including managing staff and assigning duties
  • Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses
  • Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages
  • Manage staff in various areas of responsibility, including customer service, sales, and inventory control
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in a retail or customer service environment
  • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1-2 years
  • Or equivalent experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
