Position Overview

As a Housekeeping Supervisor at Travellers Motel, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and safety of our facilities. Your leadership will ensure that our cleaning staff is well-trained and efficient in their duties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Staff Management: Recruit, train, and oversee cleaning personnel to ensure high standards of cleanliness.
  • Supervision: Coordinate and supervise the activities of cleaning staff to maintain operational efficiency.
  • Quality Control: Conduct inspections of facilities to verify adherence to safety and cleanliness protocols.
  • Assistance: Provide support to cleaning staff in executing their responsibilities as needed.
  • Collaboration: Work in conjunction with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Scheduling: Develop and manage work schedules for cleaning staff to optimize productivity.
Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: A minimum of 1 year but less than 2 years in a supervisory role within the cleaning or hospitality industry.
