As a Lead Technical Support Specialist at Intello Technologies Inc., you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to our clients. This position involves overseeing customer interactions and ensuring that our technical support team meets the highest standards of service excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide guidance and support to team members addressing complex technical issues.
- Foster effective communication with clients to keep them informed about ongoing technical challenges.
- Collaborate with various departments to drive solutions and enhance service delivery.
- Act as a primary point of contact for escalated incidents, ensuring timely resolution and communication.
- Manage day-to-day operations while leading key initiatives to improve service efficiency.
Qualifications
- Fluency in both English and French, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven experience in customer service, particularly in a technical support environment.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented setting with minimal supervision.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
- A minimum of three years of experience in a contact center or similar role.
- Post-secondary education or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts in a 24/7 operational environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with ITIL practices.
- Experience in healthcare-related IT support.
