Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and bilingual Banking Advisor to join our team at TEKsystems. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, handling a high volume of inbound calls in both English and French, and resolving client concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to client inquiries and resolve issues in a friendly and professional manner
  • Handle a high volume of inbound calls in both English and French
  • Work collaboratively with our team to achieve sales and customer service goals
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide expert advice to clients
  • Meet or exceed sales and customer service targets

Requirements:

  • Fluency in English and French (reading and verbal)
  • 6 months+ of previous call centre or phone based customer service experience
  • Personal flexibility to work shift work, including weekends
  • Ability to work on a hybrid schedule (1 day in office per week)
  • Proven ability in building rapport and maintaining client relationships

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Exceptional client service capability and confidence in engaging clients across multiple channels
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
