Job Title: Food Counter Attendant

We are seeking a Food Counter Attendant to join our team at Tim Horton's. As a Food Counter Attendant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring that our customers receive their orders in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers
  • Operate a cash register and process transactions
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer complaints
  • Work effectively as part of a team to achieve sales and customer service goals
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous experience in a food service environment an asset
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends
