About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Gymnastics Coach to join our team at Lion's Pride Gymnastics Academy. As a Gymnastics Coach, you will be responsible for planning, developing, and implementing training and practice sessions for our athletes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and Deliver Training Sessions: Develop and implement training plans to help athletes achieve their goals and improve their skills.
  • Motivate and Prepare Athletes: Motivate and prepare athletes for competitive events and games, helping them to build confidence and reach their full potential.
  • Coaching and Instruction: Participate in coaching clinic instruction and provide guidance and feedback to athletes and coaches.
  • Performance Analysis: Analyze and evaluate athletes' performance, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies to address them.
  • Prospect Evaluation: Observe and evaluate prospective athletes' skills and performance, identifying potential talent and developing plans to support their development.
Requirements
  • Certifications: Level 2 Certificate in Coaching and Level 3 Certificate in Coaching.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in gymnastics coaching or a related field.
  • Education: Other trades certificate or diploma.
  • Language: English.
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a focus on delivering high-quality coaching and instruction to athletes. The role will require a combination of sitting, standing, and walking, with regular breaks to rest and recharge.
