Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Food Service Supervisor to join our team at True North Star Subs Inc. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our food service operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish Work Schedules: Develop and implement efficient work schedules to meet the demands of our busy kitchen.
  • Requisition Supplies: Order and manage the inventory of food and kitchen supplies to ensure we have what we need to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Supervise Kitchen Staff: Lead and motivate our kitchen team to ensure they are working efficiently and effectively.
  • Maintain Records: Accurately record and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform our business decisions.
  • Prepare Reports: Compile and submit regular reports to management on kitchen operations and performance.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
  • Supervision: 1 to 2 people
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced environment
  • Personal Suitability: Flexibility, Team player
