About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Retail Sales Associate at 1034152 B.C. Ltd.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate a Cash Register with accuracy and efficiency, processing customer transactions and handling cash, cheques, and credit/debit card payments.
  • Provide Excellent Customer Service by greeting customers, responding to their inquiries, and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintain a Clean and Organized Store Environment by adhering to company standards and procedures.
  • Assist with Inventory Management by receiving and processing shipments, stocking shelves, and rotating merchandise.
  • Support Newcomers and Refugees by assisting with their immediate settlement needs, such as housing, transportation, and storage.
  • Offer On-the-Job Training to new employees, providing guidance and support to ensure their success in the role.
  • Work Collaboratively with Colleagues to achieve sales goals and provide a positive shopping experience for customers.
Requirements
  • Secondary (High) School Graduation Certificate or equivalent.
  • Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills to effectively interact with customers and colleagues.
  • Basic Math Skills to accurately handle cash and process transactions.
  • Ability to Work a Flexible Schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
