Job Title: Retail Sales Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Virgin Plus. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, meeting and exceeding sales targets, and maintaining a high level of product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide tailored solutions and experiences to our members
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
  • Always be learning and adapting to change
  • Be a team player by supporting and being there to help your team
Requirements:
  • Excellent listening and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change
  • Knowledge of the latest technology and trends
  • Experience in Retail Sales, Customer Service, or Hospitality is an asset
