About the Role

The Post-Secondary Employers' Association (PSEA) is seeking a highly skilled Director, Benefits Coordination to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for the strategic coordination, administration, and management of various benefit contracts and programs for our member institutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategically coordinate and administer benefit contracts and programs for PSEA's member institutions.
  • Serve as the primary liaison with the Benefits Coordination Committee, sector member institutions, benefit consultants, insurers, and other providers to ensure the strategic coordination of benefits administration across the sector.
  • Provide support to the governance structure and oversight to plan sponsorship, purchasing power, standardization, and plan administration.
  • Collaborate with senior HR leaders in the sector to build relationships and garner trust and respect.
Requirements
  • Experience as a benefits professional, preferably in a public sector environment.
  • Expert knowledge and experience in benefits coordination, including disability management plans, and data collection and analysis related to benefits utilization and costs.
  • Proactive and able to work autonomously.
  • Postgraduate degree in business management, finance, accounting, human resources, or equivalent.
What We Offer

A competitive salary range of $145,661-$171,366, depending on the skills and experience of the successful candidate.
