Operations Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to join our team at 2166967 Alberta Ltd. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for planning and organizing operational logistics, preparing and submitting reports, and coordinating with staff to ensure seamless operations.
Key Responsibilities- Operational Planning: Develop and implement operational plans to achieve business objectives, ensuring efficient use of resources and minimizing costs.
- Logistics Coordination: Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and staff to ensure timely delivery of materials, equipment, and supplies.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular reports to management, analyzing operational data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Staff Supervision: Supervise a team of 3-4 staff members, providing guidance, training, and coaching to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their duties effectively.
- Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, requiring strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
- Physical Demands: Lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs) and work in a variety of settings, including office and warehouse environments.
- Personal Qualities: Possess excellent oral and written communication skills, with a strong focus on client satisfaction and accuracy.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role
- Permanent position
- 30 to 35 hours per week
- English language required
