Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the work of hotel staff, including front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance teams.
- Assist guests with special needs and ensure their satisfaction with hotel services.
- Coordinate and review work, including tasks such as room assignments, guest requests, and staff training.
- Hire and train new staff members in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
- Maintain the operation of computer systems, equipment, and machinery, and arrange for repairs to ensure business continuity.
- Requisition materials and supplies as needed.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a hotel or related industry.
