Job Summary:

We are seeking a Hotel Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our hotel, ensuring seamless delivery of customer service and maintaining a high level of employee productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate Daily Operations: Supervise hotel staff, ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, and implement effective solutions to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Serve as Liaison: Foster strong relationships with clients, address their needs promptly, and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Manage Team Performance: Set goals, provide coaching, and conduct regular performance evaluations to drive employee success.
  • Maintain Operational Efficiency: Streamline processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement cost-saving initiatives to optimize hotel performance.

Requirements:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: At least 7 months of experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Hours: Full-time position with approximately 40 hours of work per week.

Compensation and Benefits:
