Job Summary

Seven Oaks General Hospital is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Healthcare Support Worker to join our team. As a key member of our care team, you will provide high-quality patient care and support to our patients and their families.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with patient care and daily living activities, ensuring the comfort and well-being of our patients.
  • Work collaboratively with our healthcare team to provide comprehensive care and support.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential patient records, adhering to our hospital's policies and procedures.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1-2 years recent relevant experience in a healthcare setting.
  • Grade 10 education or equivalent.
  • Health Care Aide Certificate from a recognized college or successful completion of all required second-year Baccalaureate Nursing Program courses.
  • BCLS and/or Heart Saver certification (plus 2 man) where required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish positive working relationships.
