Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Healthcare Support Worker to join our team at WRHA Community Health Services. As a Healthcare Support Worker, you will provide high-quality patient care and support to our clients in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care and support to clients
  • Assist with daily living activities and personal care
  • Support clients with medication management and administration
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement care plans
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to clients

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Completion of a healthcare support worker program or equivalent experience
  • Current CPR and First Aid certification
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
