About the Role:

As a Senior Banking Services Advisor, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional service throughout the customer journey. Your customer-focused approach and ability to connect with clients will be essential in this position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide sound financial advice and guidance to clients, helping them achieve their financial goals.
  • Offer a comprehensive range of financial solutions through a personalized financial planning approach.
  • Analyze client needs, understand their financial objectives, and recommend tailored strategies and products.
  • Deliver complex financial planning solutions and services to meet the diverse needs of clients.
  • Collaborate effectively with peers, clients, and partners to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, focusing on delivering exceptional service and fostering long-term partnerships.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum of two years of experience in selling investment and credit products within the financial services industry.
  • Proven sales management experience and a demonstrated ability to market financial products effectively.
  • Exceptional relationship-building skills with a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
  • Possession of a mutual funds license and completion of the CIFP financial planning diploma (or an equivalent recognized by the Bank).
