Key Responsibilities- Student Recruitment: Attract and assess new candidates for our educational programs, utilizing your exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to connect with prospective students.
- Lead Generation and Follow-up: Respond to inbound leads, follow up with prospective students via email, phone, and in-person consultations to schedule meetings and provide guidance on our educational programs.
- Program Matching: Assess each candidate based on our screening process to ensure they are qualified and a good fit for our programs, and assist them in selecting the right educational path.
- Enrollment Support: Provide exceptional support to prospective students throughout the enrollment journey, ensuring all necessary documentation and admission criteria are fulfilled and properly documented.
- Goal Achievement: Meet monthly and yearly student enrollment goals, fostering strong connections with students and staff to encourage referrals and drive business growth.
- Experience: 2+ years of sales and client service experience, ideally in a consultative capacity.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, maturity, critical thinking skills, and the ability to act as a guide/advisor.
- Education: Education industry experience is an asset.
- Tech Savviness: Tech-savvy with good computer skills.
- Personal Qualities: Proactive, self-starter, driven to reach goals.
