Key Responsibilities- Conduct needs assessments to identify training gaps and develop targeted solutions.
- Design and deliver training content, including workshops, coaching sessions, and online modules.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate training into the overall business strategy.
- Provide technical expertise and support to employees, addressing complex operational problems and promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
- Lead coaching sessions to provide feedback and guidance to learners, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement in our training programs.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Preflight Aircraft Mechanic.
- College Diploma (DEC) or AEC in Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Experience in adult education, project management, coaching, or a related field.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and motivate others.
- Strong team spirit and adaptability, with a willingness to learn and grow.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software.
- Fluency in English and French.
