Job Summary

Flex-N-Gate is a leading manufacturer and supplier of components for the automotive industry. We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Security Officer to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

The Security Officer will be responsible for maintaining the safety and security of company assets, employees, guests, and others on company property. This includes:

  • Conducting interior and exterior patrols to detect and prevent potential security threats
  • Providing medical escorts and responding to emergencies as needed
  • Controlling access to company property and enforcing security protocols
  • Supporting disciplinary and termination procedures
  • Investigating incidents and writing reports
  • Monitoring and recording CCTV systems
  • Tracking time clock activities
  • Preventing loss and theft

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A High School Diploma or equivalent
  • The ability to lift 60+ pounds
  • The ability to work in various elements for extended periods
  • The ability to perform walking patrols
  • A valid Driver's License and good driving record
  • A clean criminal record
  • Availability to work weekends and holidays as needed
